Finished Product Sampling Inspection Process
1. Inspection Request
The assembly team leader fills out the "Product Performance Inspection Application Form" based on the day's production and notifies the laboratory to conduct sampling inspection.
2. Sampling & Testing
The laboratory is responsible for sampling products that have passed the dedicated inspection and conducts tests strictly in accordance with the "Finished Product Inspection Rules".
3. Result Judgment
Pass:
Enter the results into the "Product Performance Test Report", and return the report and samples to the assembly workshop.
Fail:
Fill out the "Product Performance Test Report", immediately report to the Quality Management Department (QM) and notify the assembly workshop inspector.
4. Recording & Statistics
The laboratory leader is responsible for summarizing the inspected products and submits a monthly performance summary report to the QM Department.
